Terms and conditions

We want you as our customer to feel happy and content when you buy products from Wind in Mind. Should you however for any reason not be satisfied please contact us as soon as possible in order to give us a chance to correct whatever has gone wrong. We follow the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act.

Confirmation and payment 
As a foreign customer you pay by credit card. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as you have completed your order.

Freight cost 
Freight cost is SEK 30 for each order within Sweden and SEK 50 to other countries for all products except the lamps. For the lamps the freight cost is 30 SEK within Sweden and for shipping lamps to other countries freight cost is SEK 170.

Delivery 
Your merchandise will normally be sent from us within 5 weekdays from the day we have received your payment. In case the delivery time is longer,you will get information about it via email.

Exchange and return
 
If you would like to return or exchange your product, you can of course do so. Send an email to info@windinmind.se within 14 days of receiving the item. Return the item unused and undamaged. You pay the return shipping cost yourself. We will refund you/send new product within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Complaint
Contact us as soon as possible at info@windinmind.se if you discover any defects on your item. We then replace the incorrect item and are responsible for return shipping.
